I tried the pomegranate drink with faloodeh and it was absolutely delicious. super refreshing and full of flavor! Also, the store design is so cute and vibrant, full of good vibes and colorful details that make the experience even better. Friendly guy explain everything we need, clean space, and great energy. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in downtown in these hot days.

Always pleasant experience and never lets me leave a tip. I recommend to everyone wanting to try authentic pomegranate that is downtown so they don’t have to go to the Thornhill store.

I was warmly welcomed by the employee when i entered. They greeted me kindly, explained what they had to offer, since it was my first time and offered me samples of what they had. I absolutely loved the pomegranate ice cream. With the no sugar added just simple ingredients: 100 pure pomegranate juice and cream, the ice cream was amazing, tasty, tangy and had a hint of sweetness. This simple treat is prepared to really emphasize the delicious sweetness flavour of my favorite fruit, pomegranate.

Saffron and Pomegranate ice cream with their sauce and Jelly was incredible to munch on. And there's no sugar in their pomegranate ice cream, that's crazy. It was fragrant, sweet, tart and so fresh. The guy at the cashier was so nice to talk to and made our experience memorable.

Thank you Tochal for making my long awaited lavashak dream come true! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. If you love pomegranate like me and thinking of getting lavashak don’t hesitate to come to the best place in town. I tried the lavashak, pomegranate juice, pomegranate and saffron/pistachio ice cream-everything is a 10/10 I cannot be more happy!! Definitely coming back for more

Looming large in the heart of Toronto's Little Portugal, Tochal (توچال) provides the pure pomegranate experience. Hiking along Dundas West on a hot summer day, the imposing appearance of Tochal's House of Pomegranates was as unexpected as it was welcome. Once inside, the shop glowed, reflecting the radiant red colour of this magnificent fruit. In addition to the refreshing assortment of fresh juices and ice creams, Tochal offered a wide range of Iranian Sour Snacks, including: Damson Plum, Tiktok Lavashak, 7 Sour Fruits, and Pomegranate paste. On my first visit, I enjoyed a cool cup of pomegranate juice. However, on my second visit, the owner Babek convinced me to try the pomegranate ice cream (no sugar added) and generously added a complimentary portion of pomegranate jelly. Stepping out into the night, finding a quiet spot along Dundas West, the pomegranate ice cream and jelly (simultaneously tart and sweet) made my tastebuds dance with delight. How could I not rejoice in partaking of this fruit of paradise?

I visited Tochal Downtown this morning and I was really impressed. The place has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A lady named Bahar was working there — she was very kind, friendly, and had a wonderful smile. She had a lovely conversation with me, which made my visit even more enjoyable. Truly great service and a beautiful experience!
